“We've all taken it for granted that the past is what shaped us and that, whether we like it or not, we are heavily influenced by our family systems. Many aspects of our behavior are subconsciously determined by the upbringing process. Many of our reactions result from the pattern "embedded" in the "core of the system" by our ancestors. Some of them are helpful and useful in life, some have a destructive effect on us. The only way to turn unconscious reactions into conscious action is to recognize the mechanisms behind those reactions. We decided that the best method would be to study your own story to better understand it. This process became the essence of the project. "
