Neomenia Instrument

A sound installation consisting of porcelain casts. It was inspired by the pure, crystalline sound that can be extracted from just this material. Each piece differs from one another in length, thickness and place of suspension, allowing for varying tonality. Neomenia in Latin means new moon.
The installation was designed as part of the instrumentarium of the project "Communing with sound as a mystical practice".
